The GYTS53 outdoor fiber optic cable features single-mode/multimode fibers in loose tubes filled with water blocking compound, which are then stranded around a strength member to form a circular cable core. A Plastic Steel Plastic (PSP) layer is applied over the core for protection, and the cable is completed with a thin inner PE sheath and an outer PE sheath.

- Single steel wire for strength reinforcement
- Special water-blocking compound in loose tubes
- 100% APL and PSP moisture barrier protection
- Superior water blocking capabilities
Suitable for aerial, duct, or outdoor installations in long-distance communication and LAN networks.

Cables are supplied in specified lengths and shipped on separate iron-wooden drums, with minimum barrel diameter not less than 30 times the cable diameter. Cable ends are sealed with plastic caps for water protection and easy accessibility for testing. The drum contains a final inspection report with attenuation data for each fiber.
