Outdoor Communication Large-Core Structure Directly Buried Anti-Ant Double Armoured Fiber Optical Cable
The structure of GYTA53 optical cable features 250μm optical fiber sheathed in a loose tube made of high modulus material, filled with waterproof compound. The cable core center contains a metal reinforced core, with some cables requiring a polyethylene (PE) layer extruded outside the metal reinforced core. Loose tubes (and filler ropes) are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact, round cable core, with gaps filled with water blocking fillers. Plastic coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded with a polyethylene inner sheath, followed by double-sided plastic coated steel tape (PSP) longitudinally wrapped and extruded with polyethylene sheath.
- Adopting "SZ" bidirectional layer twisting technology
- Filling water-blocking ointment step by step, water-blocking in full section
- Steel (aluminum) belt has reliable bonding with the edge, high strength, and no cracking when twisted
- Stable fiber excess length control
- After cable formation, additional fiber attenuation is almost zero, and dispersion value does not change
- Excellent environmental performance, applicable temperature range: -10℃ to +70℃
