Cable Construction
2 to 12 fibers OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4 multimode or OS1/OS2 (ITU-T G.652D) singlemode 900um tight buffer fibers, aramid yarn and PVC or LSZH jacket form the Subunit cable. Subunits are stranded around a FRP (Central Strength Member) with a longitudinal swellable tape under the outer jacket.
